- Brian Middendorf | President & CEO
- Brian joined Hiawatha Bank & Trust in December 1997, and has been in banking industry since 1992. As Hiawatha Bank's President/CEO, Brian manages the overall day-to-day operations and maintains a commercial loan portfolio. He is a member of Hiawatha Bank’s Board of Directors. Brian also serves on the board for Hiawatha Economic Development Company (HEDCO).
- Brian, a native of Monona, Iowa, is a graduate of Wartburg College with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
- When Brian is away from the bank, he enjoys spending time with his family and attending their activities, as well as traveling, scuba diving and hunting.

- Timothy Vipond | Senior Vice President
- Tim Vipond joined Hiawatha Bank & Trust in April of 1999—just one year after the bank opened. Tim now has over 20 years of banking experience, and what he enjoys most about it is seeing people reach their financial goals and objectives. As the Senior Vice President, he heads up the lending department, and you will see him personally handling all types of loans from consumer loans to commercial and construction loans.
- Tim grew up on a farm in Algona, Iowa and went on to graduate from Coe College in Cedar Rapids. When he is not at work, you’re likely to find him at his kids’ sporting events, or rooting on his beloved Hawkeyes and Vikings.

- Deb Himes | Cashier
- Deb, born and raised in Cedar Rapids, joined Hiawatha Bank & Trust in November 2000. She has over 28 years of banking experience. She oversees the deposit operations at Hiawatha Bank. One of the things she enjoys most about working for a locally owned community bank are the personal relationships she is able to establish with customers.

- Dana Thies | Assistant Vice President
- Dana joined Hiawatha Bank & Trust in September 2004, and the part she enjoys most is having the opportunity to meet and help customers with their banking needs–whether it be opening a new account, or originating consumer or second mortgage loans.
- Dana hails from Anamosa, Iowa and attended Kirkwood Community College. When she’s not assisting clients, she enjoys relaxing with a good novel, camping, and cheering on her favorite NASCAR driver.

- Joshua Stowers | Assistant Cashier
- Joshua hails from Dubuque, IA, and joined Hiawatha Bank & Trust in August 2008. What he enjoys most about his job is working with customers to succeed financially. When he’s not busy helping out customers, he prefers to spend his time with his two boys, who always manage to keep him on his toes.

- Maureen Sweeney | Assistant Cashier
- Maureen, a Toddville, IA native, joined Hiawatha Bank & Trust in 2003. She assists the Cashier in the daily duties and she prides herself on providing customers with the services they deserve.

- Kris Koeppen | Mortgage Loan Assistant
- Kris is a native of Cedar Rapids where she graduated from Jefferson High School. She joined Hiawatha Bank in March 2008, and the thing she enjoys most is helping customers finance their new home or helping customers save money each month by providing refinancing solutions.
- Some of her duties include processing loan applications, verifying customer information and preparing loan documents. When she is away from work, she enjoys spending time at home with her three daughters, traveling and jogging.

- Heather hails from Edgewood, IA, and joined Hiawatha Bank & Trust in June 2007. Her duties at the bank include processing loans, and corresponding with bank customers as well as employees.
